1 Introduction & Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 777zz ("Platform", "we", "us") governing your access to and use of the 777zz website at 777zz.onl, the 777zz mobile application and all related gaming services.

By creating an account, logging in, making a deposit or using any feature of the 777zz platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the platform.

3 Account Management

You must update your registered information promptly if any details change — including your mobile number, email address or payment method. Outdated information may result in withdrawal delays or complications with account verification.

• You are fully responsible for all activity conducted through your account
• Suspected unauthorised access must be reported to support immediately
• Account transfers, sales or gifts to other individuals are not permitted
• Dormant accounts may be subject to administrative fees after an extended period of inactivity — specific terms will be notified in advance

4 Deposits & Payments

All deposits and financial transactions on 777zz are processed in PKR (Pakistani Rupee). The platform supports deposits via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast and direct bank transfer. Additional payment methods may be available and will be displayed within your account's cashier section.

• Minimum deposit amounts apply and vary by payment method — check the cashier for current thresholds
• 777zz does not charge platform-side deposit fees; your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges
• Funds deposited from a payment method must generally be withdrawn to the same method unless otherwise approved by support
• Deposits from payment methods not registered in your name are not accepted and will trigger an account review

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawals from your 777zz account are processed in PKR to your registered and verified payment method. Before your first withdrawal can be processed, account identity verification must be completed in full.

• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply per request and are displayed in the withdrawal section of your account
• JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically processed same-day; bank transfers may take 1–3 working days
• Any active bonus wagering requirements must be fulfilled before the associated funds can be withdrawn
• Withdrawal requests found to involve fraudulent activity will be refused and the account reviewed

6 Bonuses & Promotions

• VIP status may be reviewed if account activity patterns suggest exploitation of VIP benefits rather than genuine play
• The Diamond tier is invitation-based and extended at the discretion of 777zz to qualifying players

8 Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct

777zz is committed to a fair and secure gaming environment for all players. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, investigation and potential permanent closure:

• Creating multiple accounts (multi-accounting) for any purpose
• Use of automated tools, bots, scripts or any software designed to gain an unfair advantage
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes
• Any form of fraud, including chargebacks on legitimate transactions
• Money laundering or using 777zz for any activity not related to genuine entertainment
• Exploiting software errors, glitches or errors in game logic — any winnings from such exploitation will be voided
• Threatening or abusive behaviour toward support staff or other platform users

Where prohibited conduct is detected, 777zz reserves the right to withhold funds pending investigation. Where fraud or money laundering is confirmed, relevant information may be passed to appropriate authorities.

9 Game Rules & Disputes

All games on 777zz use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Game outcomes are final once a round is completed. Published Return to Player (RTP) figures represent long-term statistical averages, not guarantees for individual sessions.

• In the event of a dispute regarding a game outcome, the platform's internal game logs constitute the authoritative record
• Technical errors during a game round (disconnection, browser crash, etc.) may result in the round being voided — this is handled case by case
• Disputes must be submitted to support within 7 days of the event in question
• 777zz will investigate all legitimate disputes and respond within a reasonable timeframe

10 Responsible Gaming

• Where an account is closed due to a breach of Terms, any remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation
• You may close your account at any time by contacting support — any withdrawable balance will be processed through your registered payment method
• Self-exclusion requests are honoured immediately and irreversibly for the duration requested
